Designing your custom cylinder
From ideas to finished designs, high quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Our short supply chain allows for fast and efficient production, and we only use sources that are transparent and ethical.
But how does your idea turn into a finished product?
Here’s how we do it:
1. Inquiry
Send us your requirement documents such as a contract, product specifications, rough product drawings, and product parameters.
2. Solution and Offer
First we make a preview of the design and offer solutions. After our internal team has reviewed the plan, we ask for your feedback and make an offer as soon as possible.
3. Product R&D
As soon as you’re satisfied with our offer and the paperwork is done, we start the final design process.
4. Review and Approval
Once the design is complete, you will receive assembly drawings and BOMs for review. We won’t start production until you’ve approved the design.
5. Preparing the Materials
After your approval the design is transferred to our production team. Our ERP calculates the materials needed, and production can be scheduled.
6. Production and Quality control
The production process involves machining, welding, assembly and painting. All products are thoroughly inspected.
7. Packaging and Shipping
The finished products are sent to you. 80% of our products are for export.
